I’m passionate about designing custom residential homes, commercial environments, and transformative renovation projects. Since April 2024, I’ve been part of the talented team at Artiga Building Design, where I specialize in bringing architectural ideas to life using Autodesk Revit, an advanced 3D rendering software. With a degree in Architectural Technology, I blend technical precision with creative vision to produce detailed and efficient building designs. My renderings help clients clearly visualize their future spaces—turning abstract ideas into vibrant, realistic previews before construction even begins. I’m especially proud of my thoughtful approach to space planning, always focused on optimizing both functionality and comfort. Whether it’s a new residential home, commercial project, or a complex renovation, my goal is to deliver environments that are as enjoyable to live and work in as they are structurally sound and visually appealing.

Project Manager

As Project Manager at Artiga Design since 2023, I work closely with our partners and local government departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process for every client. I’m passionate about bringing our client‘s visions to life and take pride in providing clear communication and dependable project coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD, I combine technical skill with a collaborative approach to help turn design concepts into successful outcomes.

Selin Muñoz

Building Design Assistant

I’m a design assistant at Artiga Building Design, where I support the team in bringing creative and practical design solutions to life. I graduated from Sandhills Community College in 2024 with a Degree in Architectural Technology, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and creative sides of design. As the youngest in the office, I’ve enjoyed the chance to learn from experienced colleagues while also offering a fresh perspective. Being bilingual in both English and Spanish has also been a great asset. It has helped me connect and communicate with a wider range of clients and collaborators.
